As the world marches on with its affairsβtrade wars, corruption, and worldwide tensions over immigrationβwe are reminded of the importance of building a better future through Network States.
Classical philosophy, and wisdom in general, are our intellectual tools and weapons for a soon-to-be pure, intellectual world. The virtue of the intellect will reign freely. Itβs always been about connecting the spirit with matter, and Edeneum is at the heart of this movement.
This is why we're excited to remind you about our 5th upcoming salon this Sunday, November 16th. Who knew that since we started on July 4th, 2025, we would have grown our community from Jim and me to over 150 people! (Yesβwe are proud to announce that 150 people have joined the Edeneum family.) It really shows how our members value putting wisdom and philosophy before and while building network societiesβas some of you are doing!
This session promises another fiery, intellectual discussion, building on the Ξ΄Ο Ξ½Ξ¬ΞΌΞΉΟ from our last gathering. Whether you're a founder, builder, or curious internet citizen, these salons are designed to equip us with the foundations and lessons our predecessors boreβin the name of building the startup societies of the future.
Ξ΄Ο Ξ½Ξ¬ΞΌΞΉΟ (dunamis): Aristotle's Greek term for "potentiality" or "power"βinherent capacity for change or action. Paired with energeia (actuality), it explains potential becoming reality in motion, causality, ethics, and forms. A foundational metaphysical framework for becoming and fulfillment, influencing Western thought. For Edeneum, it symbolizes our salon's latent energy: classical wisdom's potential actualizing into innovative network states.
